Sr. Specialist, Security – FNBO
The Security Operations Center Operator works a rotating schedule:
Wed–Fri 10 a.m.–6 p.m., Sat–Sun 2 p.m.–10 p.m. Responsibilities include operating electronic physical security systems (Access Control, Biometric, IP Video, Intrusion, Incident & Intelligence platforms) to provide situational awareness, incident response, and crisis management. The role also handles travel tracking, notifications, and escalations worldwide.
- Navigate and operate security technology from enterprise access control to network video management and collaborative tools.
- Operate and manage a multi‑phone line console, prioritizing calls, and documenting actions.
- Monitor and use radio consoles and computer equipment.
- Respond to emergency and non‑emergency services and complaints.
- Ask analytical questions to interpret caller situations, resolve problems, dispatch services, or refer to other agencies.
- Proficient PC use, Microsoft Office, Outlook.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional behavior and positive relationship promotion.
- Independent decision making in a fast‑paced environment.
- Timely request processing to meet service levels and compliance.
- High School Diploma.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Unrestricted work authorization; no future sponsorship required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminal Justice, or equivalent experience.
- ASIS PSP Certification.
Base pay range: $40,310.00 – $64,497.00. Final offer may vary based on experience, education, and/or skill level.
