As a Security Officer - Bank Patrol in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Your presence and proactive communication will support a secure environment, while delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and observe any unusual conditions.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of patrols, incidents, and any security-related occurrences as required by site protocols.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client personnel to address and report security-related concerns.
• Remain alert to any suspicious activity or potential threats within the location, taking prompt action as outlined in site procedures.
• Assist visitors and employees with inquiries, directions, and general information while upholding a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
