As a Security Officer – Access Control Driver in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entrances, verify credentials, and conduct routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. Your visible presence and proactive approach support a secure environment, while delivering outstanding customer service to everyone onsite.

• Tue 09:30 PM – 05:30 AM
• Wed 09:30 PM – 05:30 AM
• Thur 09:30 PM – 05:30 AM
• Fri 09:30 PM – 05:30 AM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and authorizations of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and security-related activities according to Allied Universal and client standards.
• Support emergency response activities as appropriate for the location, assisting with evacuations, medical emergencies, or other urgent situations.
• Maintain a visible presence at access control points and throughout the location to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to staff and visitors.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
