Employment Status: Full-Time
Location:- Omaha, NE (Company vehicle provided)
- Lincoln, NE;
Iowa Regional;
South Dakota (Personal vehicle with reimbursement or potentially company vehicle provided)
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and repairs on rotary screw, reciprocating, oil-injected, and oil-free air compressors.
- Perform maintenance on refrigerated and desiccant dryers, and related compressed air system components.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions.
- Document equipment parameters, diagnostics, repairs, and installations thoroughly.
- Provide technical support for installations, start-ups, and customer inquiries.
- Educate customers on system capabilities, benefits, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with Service Coordinators for parts and supplies.
- Operate company vehicle safely and responsibly between customer locations.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the correct use of personal protective equipment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Ability to read wiring schematics and diagrams.
- Proficient with mobile applications (House Call Pro, Zendesk, Trello, Telegram, Gmail).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 5 years.
- Physical ability to lift 50-100 lbs. regularly and work in varied industrial environments.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Technical training in electrical, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience as an air compressor service technician or similar mechanical/electrical equipment maintenance role preferred.
- Company vehicle (based on location)
