Hubby Home Improvement is looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Trim Apprentice to support custom cabinet installation and finish carpentry projects. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn the trade, gain hands‑on experience, and grow within a skilled, respectful, and family‑friendly team. You'll assist experienced carpenters on‑site with assembling cabinets, installing trim, and maintaining clean, organized work areas—while gaining the skills and knowledge needed for a long‑term career in residential construction.

• Assist with cabinet assembly, transport, and installation
• Support finish carpenters with tasks such as baseboards, crown molding, doors, and shelving
• Maintain clean and organized job sites at all times
• Handle basic power and hand tools safely and responsibly
• Load and unload tools and materials at job sites
• Follow instructions and learn from experienced team members
• Represent the company professionally in clients' homes
• Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures

• 1+ year of construction, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Detail-oriented and respectful on the job site
• Clean and organized working habits
• Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Hourly pay between $17-$25+ per hour, based on experience
