The ideal candidate will be doing physical, hands on work, on a construction site andneeds to have good communication skills, excellent problem solving capabilities, and work well within a team environment. Smooth and finish roads, drives walks and concrete slabs. Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction projects.

• Level and screed concrete
• Capable of using trowels, cutting tools, screeds, straight edge and floats
• Rubbing and repairing concrete
• Grouting
• Help setup concrete pours (final grade adjustment and form setting)
• Cleaning of tools and equipment
• Use of hand tools and power tools
• Properly follow OSHA safety procedures
• Responsible for other duties assigned for the job

• 1+ years experience in field or related field
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions
• Ability to give and understand hand signals
• Regular and punctual attendance
• Applicants who are offered employment will be required to submit to a Drug/Alcohol test and a functional capacity evaluation. This evaluation, which applies to all incoming construction labor employees, is done to determine whether the employee is suited to and capable of performing the essential functions of the position offered.

• Bending, Kneeling, Stooping, Crouching, Twisting, Standing
• Reaching, Handling, Grasping
• Climbing, Balancing on scaffold and walkways
• Lifting 50 pounds
• Carry objects 50 to 100 pounds

• Environment is outside conditions that involves all weather extremes
• Construction site with uneven terrain and mobile constriction equipment
