Punch- Technician

Punch-out Technician at Regency Homes — Omaha's premier volume home builder with over 60 years of excellence and 5,000+ homes built. We’re seeking a detail-driven craftsman to finish residential interiors and exteriors to a high standard in a hands-on role that supports our in-house field technicians and coordination with subcontractors. • Perform finish work, including drywall patches, touch-up painting, trim, minor carpentry, and hardware adjustments
• Inspect and correct deficiencies to meet zero-defect standards before homeowner walk-throughs
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure the timely completion of outstanding tasks
• Drive the company vehicle from the shop to job sites throughout the Omaha metro area
• Maintain basic hand tools and uphold company tool standards
• Document completed work and communicate with the office staff and superintendents
• Represent Regency Homes professionally with homeowners and vendors

• 2 to 4 years of residential construction or punch-out experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and finishing skills
• Must have a valid driver s license with a clean record (no DUIs or major violations within 5 years)
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment physical (upon a conditional job offer)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic hand tools required (Regency can assist with startup if needed)
• Reliable transportation to our Omaha-area shop located near 192nd & Giles Rd.
• Familiarity with Buildertrend software is a plus

• Full time position
• Competitive hourly pay at $25 to $28, based on experience
