Precast Carpenter – Omaha, NE

$24–$32/hour

• Build complex precast concrete forms using shop drawings and piece tickets.
• Construct forms that meet architectural specs and PCI standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors to plan production sequences and solve form construction challenges.
• Maintain tools and follow all safety protocols.
• Work independently and as part of a 5–8 person team.

• 3+ years of general carpentry experience.
• 2+ years working with finish carpentry (cabinetry, woodworking).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specs.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and blueprints.

• Framing, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

• Indoor, enclosed plant (can be cold in winter, hot in summer).
• Team of 5–8 carpenters reporting to a foreman and plant supervisor.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• (Up to 10 hours of overtime/week available)
• Dress code: steel‑toed boots, hard hat, high‑vis shirt, long pants.

Contract to Hire

Omaha, Nebraska

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
