Overnight HVAC Maintenance Technician

NVE is seeking a full-time Overnight HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team at Offutt, NE. This is a critical role for maintaining and servicing HVAC systems in a government facility. As our Overnight HVAC Maintenance Technician, you’ll earn $27.93 per hour plus shift differential pay.

The position is full-time and runs from Sunday to Thursday, with hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

In this role, you’ll be monitoring systems, performing rounds, and ensuring HVAC systems are running without issues. Some maintenance and repair work will be included as a part of your routine duties, as time permits. You’ll handle emergency situations should they arise and determine if back-up is needed to safely continue operations. A cool head under pressure will be key.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Universal CFC license

A third-grade engine license, OSHA 10, experience with boiler and chiller maintenance, and an existing building investigation (BBI) for federal facilities are highly desired.
