Heavy Equipment Operator

PSC Construction is a growing underground utility construction company looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. $38.00/hour | Weekly Pay | Full-Time + Overtime

• Operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, trenchers, skid steers, backhoes, and other earthmoving equipment
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and compaction according to project plans and specifications
• Read and follow blueprints, plans, and job specifications
• Complete daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, project managers, and other jobsite personnel
• Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
• Assist with other jobsite duties as needed

• Minimum 4 years of heavy equipment operating experience
• Experience operating excavators, skid steers, backhoes, dozers, loaders, and other earthmoving equipment
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of heavy equipment operation and basic maintenance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
• Safety-conscious with strong attention to detail
• Willingness to travel periodically when required by the project
• No criminal misdemeanors within the last 5 years or criminal felonies within the last 7 years
