On-Site and field-based

Full-time

Monday through Friday; daily hours vary based on active business demands. This is a variable full-time role up to 40 hours per week, with weekly hours fluctuating alongside seasonal business needs and project volume. To meet shifting operational deadlines, occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required.

Daily travel to residential/commercial job sites throughout the local branch’s service region.

• Compensation: $25.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience

• Supervise and direct a team of installers, delegate tasks, manage job site manpower, and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Install all HVAC components (furnaces, ACs, ductwork, gas lines, wiring), fabricate ductwork, braze refrigerant lines, pull vacuum, and perform system start-ups.
