We're on the hunt for a handy hero who can tackle everything from leaky faucets, HVAC troubleshooting and repair, and painting to appliances on the fritz! SCHEDULE : M-F 8-5PM (80hrs paid time off 1st year, paid holidays), On-call 1x every 5 weeks

PAY : $24-26 an hour (full-time)

BONUSES: $1,000 sign on bonus, $750 quarterly bonuses (based on site performance) $100 for every week you hold the on-call phone and minimum 1.5hrs paid time for emergency calls (That is $3,000+ in annual bonuses!)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
• Exterior structural maintenance as needed
• Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
• Snow removal (when applicable)
• Pool maintenance (where applicable)
• Housing inspection experience preferred (not required)

The Experience We Like To See:

• 2+ years' experience in maintenance or equivalent
• 6+ months experience in apartment maintenance
• HVAC experience required
• EPA and CPO certifications preferred
• Dry walling including painting and carpentry
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, sweeting copper pipe preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Basic repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
• Preferred experience in HVAC and/or boiler system knowledge
• Some knowledge of water heaters both electric and gas
• Problem solving skills
• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
• Have basic safety training or be willing to go through basic training within 30/days
