The Lund Company in Omaha, NE seeks a skilled Building Engineer to perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems to keep facilities safe and efficient.
Responsibilities include monitoring boilers and chillers, testing boiler sensors, inspecting cooling towers, preventive maintenance on air handlers, motors and pumps, completing work orders, assisting tenants, and responding to after-hour alerts when on-call.

The advertised compensation is 55.000 - 75.000.
