Patient Care Coordinator II-Bilingual - School of Dentistry

Creighton University School of Dentistry is currently seeking a compassionate and adaptable individual to join our Front Desk Team as a Patient Care Coordinator II

Bilingual in English and Spanish languages preferred but not required.

Work Schedule: This is an 11‑month, full‑time position, generally 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday – Friday, with occasional evenings.

• Greet and register patients at the front desk, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check‑in process.
• Serve as a patient liaison during clinic sessions to support access to care and enhance the overall experience.
• Manage patient admissions, scheduling, reassignment, and referrals.
• Facilitate clinical communications including faxes, letters, record requests, phone calls, emails, and data entry.
• Promote a positive and professional environment for both patients and student clinicians.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years related experience.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service experience in a healthcare or front desk setting preferred.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a dynamic environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but all applicants will be considered.

Our Dental Clinic is located in our state‑of‑the‑art School of Dentistry, which opened in 2018 on the Creighton Campus, in the heart of downtown Omaha. Our clinic services over 45,000 patient visits annually and is comprised of 460 students, 100 full‑time, and 70 part‑time faculty.
