Uta Halee Academy (UHA) is a female‑specific, residential program that offers young women opportunities to build productive and meaningful futures for themselves and their communities. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features residential student dormitories, on‑site schooling, a dining hall, and extracurricular opportunities for the students.

Pay
: $20/hour
What you will do:
- Ensure safety and around‑the‑clock supervision for the youth in our program and foster an environment that supports students' needs.
- Monitor and document student behaviors and activities.
- Participate and assist with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
- Work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
- Ability to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
- Prior experience working with troubled youth (minimum 1 year).
- Driver’s license.

- Immediate openings on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., or 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Weekend availability on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., or 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Candidates must be committed to working 3 days per week.
