The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Midlands (BGCM) seeks a Youth & Family Engagement Specialist in Omaha, created in partnership with the Omaha Police Department to reduce gang membership. You will support schools, community orgs, and OPD with interventions and prevention services for youth and young adults.
You’ll train district staff, parents, and communities, intervene when needed, and link youth to counseling, programs, and resources.
