Java FullStack Developer

Career Guidant is a USA-based corporation specializing in Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in software development, working with various technologies like Java 1.6+, Spring, Hibernate, Angular JS, Web Services - SOAP and Restful, Junit, Servlet, Eclipse, Apache server, Linux, Unix, and Web Logic server. Candidates with exposure to Jira, GIT, Maven, and Confluence will be preferred.

Key responsibilities include leading a team with at least 1 year of lead experience, and 2 years of experience in project lead activities such as estimation, resource management, prioritization, and execution. The candidate should have experience working in a Global Delivery model, have technical aptitude, and be able to collaborate with offshore teams.

The candidate should be able to prioritize and execute tasks, research new and emerging technologies, and have experience in the software development life cycle and project life cycle activities. Experience in the credit cards and Payments domain is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technologies is required.
