The Banking Operating Unit within MA develops solutions for banks seeking to implement best practices in risk measurement, risk management, capital management, and financial reporting.

We have a need for outstanding individuals with knowledge of the loan origination process, excellent communication skills, and experience with software implementation.

• Configure solutions based on customer business requirements, designs, and our lending solutions best practices.
• Hands on experience in writing and debugging code in C# for developing new features, fixing existing defects, integration with other systems, business rules, etc. within the solution’s extensible framework.
• Revise, update, refactor and improve existing code in software applications.
• Solid experience in writing and fixing SQL/Postgres database queries. Experience in importing or extracting data from a database into csv, JSON, or XML format.
• Support, implement, and/or install software applications and components.
• Ensure proper use of source control throughout project delivery using Git Hub or similar tool.
• Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Provide functional and technical inputs to project delivery team during implementation including requirements, design, and development/configuration.
• Assist with documenting, categorizing, tracking, and analyzing results of testing.
• Liaise with other teams such as product, engineering and other delivery teams to research and resolve issues.
• Participate in and/or lead requirements and design workshops to understand customers’ loan origination processes and design or advise on design of components of the solution.
• Analyze customer’s business requirements and define how our solutions can best be delivered to align with those requirements.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an internationally recognized institution.
• Relevant professional experience in a software development organization, consultancy (project delivery) or a financial institution.
• Technical proficiency in C#, .Net, API Integrations, SQL, and database (preferably Postgres) concepts.
• Experience with R preferred.
• Prior experience in implementing, configuring, or administering commercial lending, loan origination and/or credit risk assessment software at a financial institution.
• Strong team player and collaborator.
• Background in servicing external customers and building customer relationships.
• Strong partnership and collaboration skills across stakeholder teams including Delivery, Product Management teams and technology teams.
• Experience with SaaS, lending origination and/or credit risk management software, preferably in a configuration or software development role.
