We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring frameworks with hands‑on experience in REST Web Services and JMS.

• 5+ years of hands‑on development experience with the related technologies.
• Strong Java/J2EE development experience.
• Spring Framework:
  Spring MVC, Boot, Data, AOP etc.
• Experience with JMS (Java Message Service).
• Development of RESTful Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/No
  
  SQL databases and writing optimized queries.

• Experience with Tibco or other messaging/integration platforms.
• Cloud or microservices architecture exposure.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications.
• Implement messaging and integration solutions using JMS.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services with Spring MVC/Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend with frontend and other services.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing backend systems.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $130,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
