Workshop is an internal marketing platform that helps internal communications teams create, send, and measure multi-channel campaigns.
Location- Remote opportunity based out of Nebraska, Colorado, Washington, Arizona, Utah, Texas, Indiana, Illinois or Ohio with required quarterly travel to Omaha HQ*
- Work closely with our product & design team to translate and execute product vision into scalable products.
- Be a stakeholder in engineering and product strategy. This isn’t just another place to knock down story points and tickets, you’ll have meaningful and direct ownership in your work.
- Have the autonomy to ship code to production regularly and frequently.
- Develop tested, scalable core product features that are seamlessly integrated with our API-driven frontend.
- Play a key role in building and delivering major roadmap initiatives for the team.
- A passion for building and maintaining quality user experiences on the web at scale.
- A desire to sweat the small stuff. Details matter to you, and you care deeply about them. We see product excellence as our north star; we’re only successful when our users are successful using Workshop, and that means obsessing over the end-to-end user experience.
- A belief in iterative development and the importance of delivering continuous value to customers.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
- Knowledge and experience of object oriented programming in JavaScript frameworks like Vue or React. Experience with Vue is preferred -- we use Vue to power our frontend platform (and we use Ruby on Rails on the backend).
- Experience with browser APIs, reactivity, and performance optimization in modern browsers.
- Experience working with SQL databases, including schema design and query optimization. We’re big fans of Postgre
SQL. - Interest or experience in securing web applications.
