This is an in‑person Omaha position.

• Design and develop high‑performance, responsive React components and interfaces for our internal GenAI platform
• Architect and implement backend services supporting our AI operations, leveraging serverless technologies and cloud‑native approaches
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that meet business requirements
• Establish best practices and technical standards for our GenAI platform development
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership for complex features
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and maintainability
• Partner with Architecture to evolve technical designs and infrastructure
• Collaborate with our Agile delivery team in all Scrum ceremonies and processes

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in the React ecosystem (React Hooks, Context API, state management solutions)
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices
• Experience with AWS cloud services, particularly serverless technologies like Lambda and API Gateway
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
• Knowledge of software design patterns and architecture principles
• Experience with performance optimization and building highly resilient systems
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities with a keen eye for detail

• Experience with Next.js, Graph
  
  QL, or similar modern web frameworks
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or other AI/ML services
• Understanding of banking or financial services domain
• Experience with real‑time data processing or streaming architectures
• Background in building developer tools or platforms

Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation range (base pay): $88,067.00‑$

It is anticipated that the incumbent will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in‑person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
