We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 5+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring frameworks with hands-on experience in REST Web Services and JMS.

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with the related technologies.
• Strong Java/J2EE development experience
• Spring Framework:
  Spring MVC, Boot, Data, AOP etc.
• Experience with JMS (Java Message Service)
• Development of RESTful Web Services
• Strong knowledge of SQL/No
  
  SQL databases and writing optimized queries

• Experience with Tibco or other messaging/integration platforms
• Cloud or microservices architecture exposure

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications
• Implement messaging and integration solutions using JMS
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services with Spring MVC/Boot
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend with frontend and other services
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing backend systems

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $130,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
