Dedicated CDL A Truck Driver

Job Summary

CRST The Transportation Solution Inc., a leading transportation company, is seeking a CDL Class A Driver for regional routes. The driver will work directly with Family Dollar stores on dedicated routes, drive Automatic Transmission trucks, assist with trailer unloading, and maintain high safety and service standards.

• Drive solo, dedicated regional runs.
• Maintain various home time options.
• Earn $85,000 - $90,000 per year with guaranteed weekly minimum pay.
• Drive approximately 1,660 miles per week (0.55 CPM).
• Handle stops: $30 per stop, $50 per backhaul, $0.12 per carton unloaded.
• Receive weekly payroll, summer incentive bonus, and sign‑on bonus.
• Work directly with Family Dollar stores on a dedicated route.
• Use provided uniforms, personal equipment, and nice equipment.
• Assist in unloading trailers.

• Medical Bridge coverage first 60 days of employment.

• 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Minimum 4 months of experience.
