About the Position

Black Belt Movers is a dynamic moving company looking for reliable drivers and movers to join our team. We offer a competitive sign‑on bonus, monthly bonuses, and an employee referral program.

• Drive commercial trucks safely while maintaining a clean driving record.
• Assist with moving and loading furniture, boxes, and other items.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Work up to six days a week on a full‑time basis; part‑time shifts are also available.
• Adapt to flexible schedules across Omaha, Lincoln, and Millard locations.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; no DUI or DV for the last three years to step up to a driver role.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to undergo paid training.
• Good personal background; no theft or robbery history.

• $200 sign‑on bonus for workers who advance into the driving position.
• $200 monthly bonus for workers who are punctual, do not call in, and complete work correctly.
• $100 employee referral bonus.
