Truck Driver

Willow Ridge LLC, based in Omaha, NE, seeks a Truck Driver for  employment. This role is crucial for our logistics operations, ensuring goods are delivered safely and efficiently across the Midwest.

In this role, you'll drive company vehicles to transport goods, maintain them, and follow federal and state regulations. You'll coordinate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

The salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $66,645 per year, with the exact amount typically determined by factors such as experience, qualifications, and performance. To be a successful logistics driver, you should possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), an excellent driving record, and substantial experience in the logistics industry. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively coordinating with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and other drivers. Additionally, you should be able to handle long hours and be flexible with your schedule, as logistics often requires working irregular hours and being available for last-minute deliveries.

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Deliver goods to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain and inspect vehicles regularly, performing basic repairs and maintenance.
• Follow all federal and state regulations, including hours of service and vehicle maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers, providing updates on deliveries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance, reporting any anomalies to the maintenance team.

• A valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Truck Driver, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of the Omaha, NE, area and the surrounding Midwest.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with the focus on safety and efficiency.
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and repair.
