The Storeroom Attendant (SA) will work under the immediate supervision of the MRO Storeroom Lead and will work with the MRO planner in various aspects of the daily storeroom operations. A successful SA will develop and maintain positive customer and supplier relationships and help achieve major storeroom metrics. Must be able to communicate clearly and understand written and verbal directions.

Shift: Wednesday - Saturday 6:00 pm - 6:00 am [Overnight]

Job training is on site and will last for 2 weeks. The training hours will not match position hours.

PTO: 15 days PTO (after 120 day probational period)

Two (2) weeks advance notice required for PTO request.

• Stockout / Rush Order – Fill Stockout forms, request plant-to-plant transfers to storeroom, and ship plants from inventory as needed.
• Cycle Count – Participate in cycle counting and data entry related to inventory.
• SAP – Process work orders, move inventory, create repair orders (PMRB), move inventory, research requested parts, and input cycle counts.
• Shipping and Packages – Document incoming packages, process delivery/pickup, and ship packages as requested by Kellogg Management.
• Forklift – Move pallets and load/unload large items to/from Building 50 and Warehouse.
• General cleaning of storeroom – Maintain a clean, inspection-ready storeroom adjacent to the plant floor.
• Receiving – Unload shipments, count and visually inspect packages.
• Maintain stocking – Issue, order, and notify customers of in-house parts.
• Operate forklift and requisition expendable stock items as required by the customer.
• Receive and issue parts using various systems.

• Slip resistant steel/composite toe boots/shoes
• Pants (jeans, or khakis)
• No jewelry of any kind (plant rules require prevention of items that can fall into the food stream)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, One Drive and Teams
• Must have their own transportation
• Must have forklift experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
