CRDN Midwest | Omaha, NE | Full Time

About CRDN Midwest

CRDN is a full contents restoration company. When a fire, flood, or other disaster hits a home or business, we're the team that recovers, cleans, and restores the belongings that matter most to people. Our work is built on teamwork, customer service, communication, a positive attitude, and empathy, and we bring those values to every job.

About the Role

Our warehouse is where restoration comes together. Every item that comes through our doors moves from dirty to staged to clean, and the Warehouse Inventory Specialist makes sure each one is in the right place, tracked accurately, and ready when production and delivery need it. You'll also keep our fleet road ready and help train the people around you.

If you're the person who notices when something's out of place and can't rest until it's fixed, this role was written for you.

What You'll Do
  • Assign warehouse locations for every job across dirty, staged, and clean areas
  • Scan and track items using QR codes and our inventory systems, and review reports for accuracy before anything leaves the building
  • Stage jobs for production and upcoming deliveries, and work with the Production Manager to pull delivery orders
  • Flag rush items and communicate priorities and job status to management
  • Unload incoming jobs, receive vendor supplies, and track inventory
  • Keep the warehouse whiteboard current and the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
  • Inspect company trucks weekly, log updates in our fleet app, and coordinate maintenance
  • Assign daily duties to warehouse staff and train new team members on scanning, tracking, and safety
  • Assist with deliveries as needed
What You Bring
  • Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or a similar hands on environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine love of organization
  • Comfort with technology, including scanning systems, apps, and reporting tools
  • Clear, proactive communication with teammates and leadership
  • The ability to manage shifting priorities without losing track of the details
  • Willingness to train others and suggest better ways of doing things
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet in a warehouse setting
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Nice to Have
  • Experience in restoration, moving, or contents handling
  • Familiarity with  or similar project management tools
  • Experience tracking fleet maintenance
What We Offer
  • $17-$19/hour based on experience
  • 401K + matching, health, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, referral bonus and much more!
  • 7 AM to 3:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks.
  • A team that takes care of each other and the customers we serve
  • Real growth: by your 90 day mark, you'll be the go to resource for how our warehouse runs
