About the Role:

The HIL
- Cooler Loadout position on the 2nd shift is a critical role responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate loading and dispatching of cooler products to meet customer demand and maintain supply chain integrity. This role requires close attention to detail to verify product quality, quantities, and proper documentation before shipment. The successful candidate will collaborate with warehouse, quality control, and logistics teams to optimize loadout processes and maintain safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule reliably.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy products safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:
