Join the Dahl Automotive family as a Parts Advisor at Dahl Ford in Onalaska, WI, and become a part of our growing business! In this position you will use your customer service and organizational skills to assist our technicians and customers in getting the correct parts for their vehicle repairs and needs. Previous automotive parts experience is preferred, but not necessarily required.

This is a full‑time Monday‑Friday position.

• Responsible for assisting guests in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicle.
• Create and modify purchase orders.
• Work with technicians to ensure they have the parts needed to complete vehicle repairs.
• Must be able to work manufacturer catalogs and DMS systems to determine the correct parts and pricing.
• Process and close open invoices.
• Must maintain a high level of service and urgency for all internal departments.
• Must maintain a high level of guest satisfaction over the phone and on the counter.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Thorough knowledge of automotive vehicles.
• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic.
