Join the Dahl Automotive family as a Parts Advisor in Onalaska, WI. In this full‑time Monday‑Friday position you will use your customer service and organizational skills to assist technicians and customers in obtaining the correct parts for vehicle repairs and needs. Previous automotive parts experience is preferred, but not necessarily required.

• Assist guests in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicle.
• Create and modify purchase orders.
• Work with technicians to ensure they have the parts needed to complete vehicle repairs.
• Use manufacturer catalogs and DMS systems to determine the correct parts and pricing.
• Process and close open invoices.
• Maintain a high level of service and urgency for all internal departments.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction over the phone and on the counter.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Thorough knowledge of automotive vehicles.
• Experience with auto parts sales (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethic.
