• Administer pager and on-call schedules, including documentation and clerical duties

• Maintain calm and empathetic communication during emergent events
• Support departmental directives through effective call management

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience in a telecommunications or customer service role within a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with call management software and systems
• Bilingual skills to assist a diverse patient population
• Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously
