Join Eagle Crest Communities as a Resident Care Assistant (RCA) in the Memory Care program.

• Day: 7:00am‑1:00pm | 6:30am‑3:00pm | 6:00am‑2:30pm
• PM: 2:30pm‑11:00pm | 3:00pm‑10:00pm | 4:00pm‑9:00pm
• Night: 11:00pm‑7:00am | 10:45pm‑6:45am

Eagle Crest Communities – Onalaska, WI

We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual to serve residents in our 18 memory care apartments, 42 assisted living residents, and 70 independent living residents.

• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities while helping maintain independence and dignity.
• Other responsibilities may include medication management, light housekeeping, and various supportive tasks.

• Previous direct care experience (preferred, not required).
• Certified Nursing Assistant training and/or experience (any state) – preferred, not required.
• CBRF Certification – preferred, not required.

• Starting rate $18.00 to $21.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Performance review at six months.
• PM Differential, NOC Differential, Weekend Differentials, on-call and call-in pay available.
