Location: Onalaska, WI (onsite)
Major Responsibilities- Responsible for client service; respond timely to client service requests and identify problems and develop strategic solutions.
- Manage communications for new business quotes, renewals, policy changes, audits and billing.
- Understand complex exposures, including specialty product lines.
- Prepare applications, proposals and related items for existing and new business.
- Organize and prioritize workflows for assigned book(s) of business.
- Provide expert professional support to our Agent Owners and help grow and retain business.
- Assist with client management system and support administrative tasks and marketing projects.
- Work with sales professionals to review client exposures, loss experience, current coverages and recommend appropriate products and services on an annual basis.
- Utilize the agency management systems accurately and timely to enter and maintain all pertinent information.
Skills and Abilities
- Minimum 3 years prior professional experience in Commercial Insurance.
- Excellent presentation skills, including verbal and written communication.
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, judgment and decision‑making skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance.
- Experience with Applied Epic preferred.
- Must be willing to work onsite in our Onalaska, WI office.
