Domino’s Pizza is hiring a General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive profitability. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a customer‑focused mindset.
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the store during the shift, including cost control, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, setting a positive example for the team.
- Handle staffing, paperwork, scheduling, and food management to maintain a clean and efficient store environment.
- Promote marketing initiatives, achieve profitability targets, and deliver great customer service.
- Proven managerial or supervisory experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong judgment, basic math skills, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication, attendance, punctuality, and teamwork.
