AM/PM mix shifts available.

This position is open to Wisconsin residents, and active MN/WI CNA's are also welcome to apply.

• Current CNA certification in Wisconsin or Minnesota.
• Previous employees or applicants with the facility directly cannot apply.

• Provide direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Assist with basic healthcare tasks under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
