As a part of our produce team, you’ll make important decisions about the quality of the produce that members and their families eat by ensuring availability, cleanliness and freshness.

- Be a Team Member:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products; collaborate with cross functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for customer service; work flexibly to other areas, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage in a timely manner. - Be an Expert:
Understand processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce; prepare (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to established standards; maintain product safety and sanitation guidelines; adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality. - Be a Techie:
Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. - Be an Owner:
Drive the performance of the area; utilize digital tools; manage stock using perpetual inventory techniques; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; guide peers and respond to customer needs; assist customers per company policies. - Be a Talent Ambassador:
Model high-quality service and products; execute basics at the highest level of quality; show energy, commitment, and passion for the work. - Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; apply Open Door Policy in business processes.
- Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; set priorities and deadlines; communicate progress and improvements opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
