Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared! Requires product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills.

• Move and stock seasonal merchandise throughout the store.
• Use product knowledge to assist customers and place items correctly.
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve any merchandise issues.
• Follow store procedures during peak holiday periods.

• Product knowledge and familiarity with merchandise.
• Problem solving and customer service skills.
• Physical ability to move and stock goods.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
