What You’ll Do
* Run in-home appointments with qualified homeowners
* Assess needs and present roofing and siding solutions
* Guide customers through a clear, professional sales process
* Manage your pipeline using CRM tools
* Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Who This Is For This is for a closer who wants to earn more without burnout.
* 2+ years of in-home or B2C sales experience (roofing/siding preferred)
* Strong communication and closing skills
* Self-motivated and coachable
* Looking for structure, support, and consistent opportunities

Compensation & Benefits
