As a Carpenter or Lead Carpenter, you’ll take on a wide variety of projects that keep every day fresh and rewarding:

• Diagnostics & Repairs
• Engage with customers to identify areas of concern.
• Diagnose leaks and damage on roofing, siding, soffit/fascia, insulation and gutters.
• Document with photos, prepare estimates, and review repairs with homeowners.
• Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and with pride.
• Communicate clearly with customers about scheduling and progress.
• Deliver high-quality work and provide follow-up for peace of mind.
• Represent First American with professionalism on every jobsite.
• Participate in training and development to sharpen your skills.

• General carpentry skills required.
• Roofing, siding and/or insulation installation experience preferred.
• Trailer hauling experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
