Eagle Crest Communities – Onalaska, WI

Full-Time; 80 hours per two‑week pay period. Monday‑Friday, primarily daytime hours – must be available to work evenings and weekends when necessary. Participation in the emergency maintenance on‑call rotation is required, including Eagle Crest South, Eagle Crest North, Cass Street, and The Holmen Campus.

• General upkeep of the communities and facility grounds
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
• Repair work requests in a timely manner such as projects and repairs as needed by staff and residents
• Assist in checking mechanical equipment
• Work with safety/security systems such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems and door entry and locks
• Flooring maintenance with extraction equipment as needed
• Assist in apartment turnover
• Maintain required records and reports as necessary

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical and basic building construction
• Experience with commercial kitchens and/or HVAC equipment is beneficial, but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required

Starting pay is $19.00 to $27.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
