Dahl Ford in Onalaska, WI is hiring a Part‑Time Shuttle Driver for the busy service center. In this important role, you will greet our guests arriving for their service appointments, and will shuttle guests and vehicles to and from local destinations. Bring your customer service and safe driving to the job every day and you will be an important contributor to our successful team!
This is a part‑time position, with Monday through Friday hours, from 12:00 pm‑5:00 pm. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for an interactive position during the day.
- Transport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner.
- Assist passengers in and out of shuttle while keeping a timely shuttle route without delays.
- Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel.
- Run errands for the dealership as directed.
- Shuttle vehicles to and from Dahl locations.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
- Help with maintaining traffic flow through the service drive.
- Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations.
- Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service according to traffic regulations.
- Maintain a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick‑up point.
- Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Good interpersonal skills
- Consistent record of achieving or over‑achieving goals
- Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Positive outlook with a high‑energy personality
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
