Position: RN-LTC-Long Term Care (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-LTC-Long Term Care for a 6‑week contract in Oneida, New York — earn up to ($2323 - $2445 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

- Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care patients.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
- Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve care delivery.
- Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
- Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance personal performance.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
- Active RN license in New York with long-term care experience.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and improving patient outcomes.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
- Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
- Eagerness to receive and act on feedback for personal performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Strong documentation skills for patient care activities and progress.
- Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
- Experience in mentoring or training new nursing staff.
