Position: RN-LTC-Long Term Care (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-LTC-Long Term Care for a 6‑week contract in Oneida, New York — earn up to ($2323 - $2445 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care patients.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans.
• Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve care delivery.
• Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
• Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance personal performance.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving patient satisfaction and outcomes.
• Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.

• Active RN license in New York with long-term care experience.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and improving patient outcomes.
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare.
• Eagerness to receive and act on feedback for personal performance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Strong documentation skills for patient care activities and progress.
• Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
• Experience in mentoring or training new nursing staff.
