Location: Oneida, NY
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility – Vent Unit

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a night shift position on a Vent Unit within a Skilled Nursing Facility. The RN will provide direct resident care, oversee staff, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Active New York RN License
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Vent Unit / SNF experience preferred

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care per physician orders
• Delegate and supervise staff according to care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications, monitor vitals, assist with wound care, and document care
• Identify and report changes in resident condition
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards
