Typical Day

As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you will inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. You’ll build client relationships that grow stronger each year, focusing on how to wow clients now and in the future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients according to their preferences
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience (preferred)
Your Expertise
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
