A DAY IN THE LIFE
You will lead staff at our Cost Cutters location, focusing on profitability, coaching, mentoring, and operational management. Responsibilities include hiring, training, resolving conflicts, and ensuring excellent customer service. Your leadership will embody dedication and a commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Lead by example with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to develop and motivate team members
- Current cosmetology or barber license as per state regulations
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Tech-savvy with administrative skills
- Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks, occasionally lifting 10-25 lbs
WORK SCHEDULE
Varies based on business needs, including evenings and weekends. Closes at 7 pm, so no late-night shifts.
