Schedule: 5:45 PM - 6:15 AM, (3) 12 Hour Shifts Per Week

What You Will Do- Perform basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under supervision.
- Assist patients with ambulation as necessary. This may include helping them to a recliner in their room, walk to the bathroom, or down the hall. Assist dismissed patients in getting safely to their vehicles.
- Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living.
- Report findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff and document necessary records.
- Keep patient rooms clean, orderly, and maintain medical equipment.
- Performs certain technical patient care duties in the hospital as directed by the staff nurse such as oxygen setup, Foley catheter care, pulse oximetry setup, specimen collection, and EKGs.
- Obtain and record vitals, weight, and inputs and outputs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- High school diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job‑specific experience required.
