Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Commercial Lines Account Manager located in Oneonta, AL. The role involves managing accounts, assisting clients with their commercial insurance needs, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include assessing policies, managing renewals, endorsements, and claims, collaborating with team members to deliver customized solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong account‑management and customer‑service skills
• Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in industry‑specific software and tools
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred
• Licensure in Property and Casualty Insurance required, or willingness to obtain within a specified time
