The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain attendance and work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements and cycle counts.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise and fixtures, and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
• Provide coverage as needed, including peak times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and self-direction.

• Indoor and outdoor work with moderate noise; shifts typically 4-8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

• Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, and push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Frequent standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
