Job Overview

As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll work independently to showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory, and support seasonal resets and installations.

• Your starting pay is $13.50–$14.00 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
• Weekly hours: 16–18 hours.
• Availability required before and after major holidays, including weekends.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: using a mobile device, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products; handle technology communication, reporting, surveys, and customer interactions.
• Holiday support: additional days and extended hours during holidays (Valentine’s, Easter, Mother’s, Father’s, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas). May work on actual holidays and weekends.
• Department resets: assist with Hallmark fixtures installation, product relocation, and card section resets; notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments, may include evenings and weekends.
• Team collaboration: support other team members in territories as needed.

This physically demanding job requires lifting up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally, pushing, pulling, carrying cartons and fixtures. Kneeling, squatting, walking, standing, climbing stairs, and using ladders are part of the daily duties.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
