Auto Zone’s store teams provide front‑line customer service, maintain well‑stocked inventory, assist customers with product selection, and drive sales while fostering a positive retail environment.

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Sales & Metrics – Recommend products, services, and promotions to meet sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures & loss prevention policies.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes, follow safety policies, use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through Auto Zone systems.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Minimum age: 16 years old.
• Physical:
  Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule:
  Availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

• Basic automotive parts knowledge.
• Strong people skills, bilingual Spanish & English.
• Previous automotive retail experience.
• ASE certification.
